I have read reviews from others about this Bosch dishwasher and the only listed negative, from one reviewer, was that it did not dry completely. I have no problem with my unit drying; however be sure to add rinse agent (there's a low indicator light). Unit is very quite, and the only noise I hear, albeit quite low, is the water slushing around during it's cycles. Highly recommended.

This is a consumer reports top-rated dishwasher and happened to be in my price range. Dishwasher is very quiet...just hear water swishing if you stand in front of it... no noise leaves the kitchen.
