Comments:

I found this to be a wonderful coffee maker. It did take about 4-5 "experimental pots" in which I did experience some leaking and weak coffee. However, with a bit of patience it's now one of my favorites! and makes a perfect cappuccino or expresso every time! I think the trick is in being very careful when adding the coffee- and not packing too tightly- making sure the rim is clean so there is a good seal.

Comments:

It doesn't seem to matter how tight I try to screw the top and bottom pieces together, the coffe leaks out from the middle seal and causes a big mess and smell all over the stove. Because of the leak, the coffe takes longer than the 4 minutes to complete as advertised and less coffee is produced. A couple of years ago I purchased a standard espresso maker by Bialetti and it works great and I continue to use it. I wish I could have been as satisfied with this one.
