We never store our griddle---remains out for constant usage. It heats so quickly that breakfast is finished in a snap. I love to see the bacon, toast, eggs all cooking at the same time--beautiful! The aroma quickens the appetite of even the most pickie eaters. Easy cleaning up the kitchen, joyful experience. What's not so great?.....the grandkids just keep on eating! I've bought 2 of these griddles and love the size of them and how they keep a consistent temperature on the entire surface. They're easy to clean and are sturdily built which suggests they will last a long time.

The grease shield is great for its intended purpose as well as a wind block on campouts. One side is slightly hotter than the other - use to your advantage. Nice large surface area. Easy to clean. I would definitely recommend this item to family and friends. I've used others that were not nearly as nice as this.

The Broil King PCG-10 Griddle is fun to use and has the largest electric griddle surface available on the market. I would have bought a bigger one if it was available. The non-stick surface is a breeze to clean, the back splash is a must! Overall, I'm very pleased to be using this to simulate coffee shop style griddle cooking for the weekends. I only use non-metal utensils on this and that is also a breeze to clean.

Yes this is the second one I bought for my wife. We have slummed for years with a GE and another no name brand griddle. Tried out one and fell in love. use it for practically everything. pancakes to burgers. Teppan yaki is still my odds on favorite. Invite 10 guests over for a feast on our 9 foot long table. two griddles and tons of meat and vegtables to cook up. Everyone has a terrific time and feels full.

I've had two other griddles that just didn't work well--uneven heat, unwieldy and awkward to use, grease tray instability. This one heats quickly, is solid and trustworthy. Gets the job done effectively and efficiently. Good for bacon, eggs, pancakes.

This is a great product compare to the one we had before ($20 griddle). We use it for breakfast only pancakes, french toast and does an awesome job. Cooks evenly and most important it cleans easily.

I returned the unit before using it because of rough or missing non-stick surface. I felt the general quality was missing. When I compare the quality of this $100 griddle to very cheap griddles (less than $25) I could not justify the additional expense.

I am responding for my daughter. I purchased this item for her as a gift. She and her husband have two children. She called to say they LOVE it; the backsplash is great, it cooks evently, cleans up like a charm. For the first time ever they are able to make lots of food at once.

Pro: I use this griddle mostly to cook breakfast. We have 5 children so that's no small task. This is the best griddle I have ever owned or used. The surface is high quality and solid construction. The frame is simple and sturdy. The heat distribution us even and no noticable hot spots. The temperature is very accurate. Truly a high quality well made product. Easy to clean. Con: the drip tray is small and difficult to remove when hot. No warming tray.
